This four-story inn is located on historic Thames Street, which has cobblestone walkways and gaslights. Newport Harbor and Bowen's Wharf are one block from Americas Cup Inn, and many restaurants and shops are within a five-minute walk.

Daily buffet breakfast is also complimentary, and tea and pastries are available upon request (4 PM-5 PM). Complimentary passes are offered to a fitness center and an indoor pool, two blocks away.
